Instructions
Cube the salmon, remove skin and bones, then marinate with spices and oil for at least 10 minutes.
Prepare the slaw by whisking Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss with sliced cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Slice the avocado and warm the tortillas. Assemble tacos with avocado, slaw, and salmon, then garnish with lime juice and optional spicy mayo.
Notes
Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice or drizzle with sriracha aioli for a spicy kick.
