Ingredients

Eggs

  • 6 Eggs

Asparagus spears

  • 8 spears Asparagus spears (chopped)

Cheddar cheese

  • 30 g Cheddar cheese (grated)

Chives

  • 3 g Chives (finely chopped)

Salmon fillet

  • 240 g Salmon fillet (grilled and flaked)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C(fan)/350°F/Gas 4.
  • Mix eggs, cheddar, chives, and chopped asparagus in a bowl.
  • Stir in cooked, flaked salmon.
  • Pour mixture into a sprayed muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until set and cooked through.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best flavor and texture.
