Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C(fan)/350°F/Gas 4.
Mix eggs, cheddar, chives, and chopped asparagus in a bowl.
Stir in cooked, flaked salmon.
Pour mixture into a sprayed muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes until set and cooked through.
