  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets
  • 8 oz ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 cups cups Spinach (fresh)
  • 3 cloves cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cups Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Fresh herbs Fresh herbs (optional, chopped)

Instructions 

  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Mix cream cheese and chopped spinach.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the salmon.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until flaky.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon zest or a squeeze of lemon juice before baking.
