A crunchy and flavorful snack made from roasted chickpeas seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients
Canned Goods

chickpeas
(drained and dried)

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
smoked paprika powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and thoroughly dry the chickpeas with a towel.
Toss chickpeas with olive oil. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, add spices, and toss to coat evenly.
Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes until crunchy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for a crispy snack.
