A crunchy and flavorful snack made from roasted chickpeas seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain and thoroughly dry the chickpeas with a towel.
  • Toss chickpeas with olive oil. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, add spices, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes until crunchy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for a crispy snack.
