Instructions
Gather all ingredients and peel the banana.
Combine blueberries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, and optional sweeteners in a blender.
Add ice cubes if desired for a thicker texture, then blend until smooth.
Blend on high until mixture is creamy and well combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if needed.
