Ingredients

Cooked Quinoa

  • 1/3 cup quinoa (cooked)

Add-ins

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 bananas bananas
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 large pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into the blender.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a little more milk or ice.
