Ingredients

Liquid

  • 200 ml milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • 100 g plain yogurt (dairy or non dairy)

Fruits

  • 1 piece banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 250 g mixed frozen berries

Grains

  • 100 g cooked quinoa
  • 0.5 tsp honey

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
