  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-low and add butter or oil.
  • Scoop batter into 4 pancakes and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Flip and cook 1-2 minutes until golden.
  • Serve with berries, preserves, or syrup.
