Instructions
Soak the dry quinoa for 2-3 hours, rinse, and drain.
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Blend soaked quinoa with warm water until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients, then add quinoa mixture and vinegar, stirring to combine.
Add seeds, shape dough into a loaf, and bake for 50 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Ensure the quinoa is thoroughly rinsed to remove saponins for best flavor.
