  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano (use fresh for brighter flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil (Italian seasoning can be used as substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika (smoked paprika enhances flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (adjust according to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Cooking Oils

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (switch with any neutral oil of your choice)

Dairy & Butter

  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (consider plant-based for dairy-free)
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves (fresh minced garlic preferred)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (green onions can be substituted)

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and paprika.
  • Dredge chicken pieces in flour or cornstarch until coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in chopped parsley, cook for another minute, then serve hot.

Notes
