Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 1 can Canned Tuna (drained)

Cottage Cheese

  • 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese

Kalamata Olives

  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted and halved)

Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

Cucumber

  • 1/2 cup Cucumber (chopped)

Red Onion

  • 1/4 cup Red Onion (finely diced)

Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Dill, Oregano)

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (finely chopped)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Salt

  • to taste Salt

Black Pepper

  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  • Drain and flake the tuna into a bowl.
  • Add cottage cheese and gently mix.
  • Chop vegetables and olives; add to the bowl.
  • Chop herbs; sprinkle over the mixture.
  • Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, season, and gently fold.
  • Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.
