Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, black pepper, and sesame oil; cook for 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare rice and fry eggs if using.
Serve beef mixture over rice, top with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and optional fried eggs and toppings.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce gochujang or omit it entirely.
