Ingredients

Dairy & Frozen

  • 0.75 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1.25 cups frozen fruit (banana, berries, mango, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons milk or juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings

  • Fresh fruit, granola, seeds, nut butter (for topping)

Instructions
