Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder

Liquid

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk (any milk works)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Add oats, water, milk, and salt to a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer until thick, about five minutes.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in protein powder.
  • Serve immediately with toppings of choice.
