A delicious and protein-packed baked dish combining cottage cheese, mozzarella, and pizza toppings for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (Reserve 0.5 cup for topping)
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce for layering)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mixed pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, customize to taste)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Layer pasta sauce in a baking dish, then spread the cottage cheese mixture over it.
  • Top with half of the shredded mozzarella and pizza toppings, then add remaining sauce and cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with remaining mozzarella before serving.

Notes

You can customize the toppings to suit your taste and add extra herbs for flavor.
