A delicious and protein-packed baked dish combining cottage cheese, mozzarella, and pizza toppings for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

full-fat cottage cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese
(Reserve 0.5 cup for topping)

(marinara or pizza sauce for layering)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Layer pasta sauce in a baking dish, then spread the cottage cheese mixture over it.
Top with half of the shredded mozzarella and pizza toppings, then add remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with remaining mozzarella before serving.
Notes
You can customize the toppings to suit your taste and add extra herbs for flavor.
