Delicious and easy to make, these Pesto Chicken Wraps combine tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and flavorful pesto in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients

romaine lettuce, shredded

cherry tomatoes, sliced
Dressing & Sauces

mayonnaise

olive oil

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice

grated Parmesan

garlic

capers with brine

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Chop cooked chicken and mix with pesto until evenly coated.
Blend mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic, capers, Dijon, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Toss shredded lettuce and cherry tomatoes with half of the dressing.
Lay a tortilla flat, add salad mixture, pesto chicken, and extra Parmesan if desired. Roll tightly.
Optional: heat in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Slice and serve with extra dressing.
Notes
For a warmer wrap, toast in a skillet before serving.
