This flavorful flatbread combines pesto, chicken, and mozzarella for a quick and satisfying meal or appetizer in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
Base
2piecesnaan or flatbread rounds
0.5cupbasil pesto
1cupcooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
0.25cupcherry tomatoes, halved
2tbspred onion, thinly sliced
Olive oil for brushing
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Optional red pepper flakes or balsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place naan on the sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and spread pesto evenly over each.
Top with chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, and red onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden. Garnish with basil, red pepper flakes, or balsamic glaze if desired. Slice and serve warm.
