Ingredients

Base

  • 1.5 cups frozen peach chunks (or fresh peaches, pitted and sliced)
  • 1 banana banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.75 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 cup milk or plant milk
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • optional more frozen fruit or ice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • pinch cinnamon (optional)
  • few basil leaves basil leaves (optional)
  • scoop protein powder or nut butter protein powder or nut butter (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add liquid and yogurt to blender.
  • Add banana, peaches, and sweetener, then blend until smooth.
  • Blend in extra milk for a thinner drink or ice for a frosty shake.

Notes

You can customize sweetness and add extras like chia seeds or basil for extra flavor.
