A delicious and creamy peach smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, blending fresh flavors with wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 0.75 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 0.75 cup milk (I use oat milk, but any milk will do)
  • 1 small banana
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 tablespoons rolled oats (uncooked)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender: frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, banana, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • If too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, toss in a couple of ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
