A delicious and creamy peach smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or snack, blending fresh flavors with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients

frozen peach slices

vanilla yogurt

milk
(I use oat milk, but any milk will do)

banana

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

tablespoons
rolled oats
(uncooked)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your blender: frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, banana, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
If too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, toss in a couple of ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
