Ingredients

Ice Cubes

  • 3 cups ice cubes

Dairy

  • 170 grams vanilla Greek yogurt

Sweetener

  • 1 tbsp honey

Fruits

  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen
  • 2 pieces fresh peaches pitted and chopped

Instructions 

  • Add ice cubes to the blender.
  • Add yogurt, honey, banana, and peaches, then blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

For a colder smoothie, freeze the banana and peaches ahead of time.
