A refreshing and creamy frozen treat made with fresh peaches, Greek yogurt, and honey, perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 cups fresh peaches, sliced and pitted
  • 2 3/4 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey, melted
  • Optional a few thin peach slices and mint leaves (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread sliced peaches in a single layer. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
  • Transfer frozen peaches to a food processor and pulse until crumbly and snowy.
  • Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and melted honey to the processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Process until no large chunks remain. Scoop into a bowl and serve immediately or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
