Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread sliced peaches in a single layer. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
Transfer frozen peaches to a food processor and pulse until crumbly and snowy.
Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and melted honey to the processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Process until no large chunks remain. Scoop into a bowl and serve immediately or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
