Fresh Spinach

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook briefly.
Add spinach to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, cook until wilted.
Combine pasta with spinach, add reserved water if needed, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Garnish with extra cheese and lemon if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
