Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch pan and line with parchment if desired.
Mix dry ingredients: coconut flour, sweetener, baking soda, sea salt.
Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, honey, melted butter, orange and lemon juice, vanilla, orange oil.
Combine wet and dry, stir until just mixed. Pour into pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and chill before frosting.
Notes
Chill the cake before frosting for easier handling.
