A refreshing Russian cold soup perfect for summer, combining cooked vegetables, herbs, and a tangy kefir base.

Instructions
Dice potatoes, eggs, radishes, and cucumbers. Chop chicken, dill, and green onions. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine water and kefir until desired consistency.
Pour kefir mixture over vegetables, season, and squeeze lemon juice.
Notes
Adjust seasonings to taste and serve chilled.
