Delicious and wholesome oatmeal bars loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

mashed ripe banana

pure maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment or spray.
Mix almond butter, banana, maple syrup, flaxseed, and vanilla in a bowl.
Add oats, baking powder, and salt; stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer to pan, smooth top, sprinkle extra chocolate chips and sea salt if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool before cutting into bars.
