Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 3/8 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth, then let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Spoon batter onto waffle iron and cook until golden (2-5 minutes).
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh fruit or nuts.
