Delicious and healthy muffins made with gluten-free oat flour and loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin for 8 muffins.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour wet into dry, mix until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin liners nearly full, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool in tins for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, use certified gluten-free oat flour and high-quality chocolate chips.
