  • 1 piece lemon zest (Zest of 1 lemon)
  • 0.5 cup honey (170 grams)
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice (60 milliliters)

Instructions 

  • Pulse frozen mango in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest; blend until combined.
  • Transfer mixture into a container, cover tightly, and freeze for 5-6 hours.
  • Let the sorbet soften at room temperature for 2-3 minutes, then scoop into glasses.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or lemon twist and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, briefly stir the sorbet halfway through freezing.
