Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake bars combining oats, chocolate, and peanut butter for a satisfying treat.
Ingredients
Dough

butter
1 1/2

packed brown sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

quick cooking oats

semisweet chocolate chips
1/2
cup
peanut butter
Instructions
Grease a 9x9 inch pan.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Mix in oats. Cook 2-3 minutes until well blended.
Press half of mixture into the pan; reserve the rest for topping.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over crust and spread evenly.
Crumble remaining oat mixture over the chocolate layer and press gently. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.
