Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake bars combining coconut, almond butter, and cocoa for a satisfying treat.

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp erythritol or preferred sweetener

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded coconut, almond butter, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and erythritol in a bowl.
  • Mix until a thick dough forms, using hands if needed.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined small pan.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 60 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and cut into bars.
