A delicious and healthy smoothie bowl made with mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and protein, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Mixed Berries

  • 0.75 cup mixed berries (110 grams)

Banana

  • 0.5 banana banana (60 grams)

Milk

  • 0.5 cup milk (120 ml)

Greek Yogurt

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (120 grams)

Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (20 grams)

Vanilla Extract

  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30 grams)

Toppings

  • Fresh berries, Sliced banana, Sliced almonds, Granola, Optional honey drizzle

Instructions 

  • Blend berries, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour into a container and freeze for 8-12 hours.
  • Run the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami until smooth, adding milk if crumbly.
  • Scoop into a bowl, add toppings, and drizzle with honey if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and texture.
