  • 3.5 cups rolled oats (Bob's Red Mill preferred)

Nuts and seeds

  • 1 cup almonds (roughly chopped into 1/4-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup pecans (halved or quartered for crunch)

Spices and seasonings

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 0.6 cup olive oil (California Olive Ranch preferred)
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp turbinado sugar (adds crunch to clusters)

Fruits

  • 1 lb strawberries (hulled and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest
  • 16 oz yogurt (Fage 5% for richer texture)

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, nuts, coconut flakes, pecans, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Combine olive oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and turbinado sugar; pour over dry ingredients and toss to coat.
  • Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Let clusters cool, then toss with sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon zest.
  • Serve clusters layered with yogurt in bowls, topped with strawberry mixture.
