Instructions
Mix oats, nuts, coconut flakes, pecans, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Combine olive oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and turbinado sugar; pour over dry ingredients and toss to coat.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
Let clusters cool, then toss with sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon zest.
