Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups pearl couscous
  • 1/2 cup sweet dates

Spices

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Fresh herbs & aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint (chopped)

Instructions
