Instructions
Rinse and soak moong dal for 3-4 hours. Blend with ginger, green chili, cumin, and water until smooth.
Mix in salt, spices, and chopped vegetables into the dal paste.
Spread the lentil mixture on bread slices, sprinkle sesame seeds, and cook on a greased pan until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
Notes
You can serve these toasts with ketchup or a mint-coriander dip for added flavor.
