Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to wet mixture, starting and ending with dry.
Divide batter into liners and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
