A refreshing and chocolatey cold brew coffee infused with cocoa and vanilla, perfect for a cool treat.

Ingredients

Coffee and Cocoa Mixture

  • 80 g coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 950 ml filtered cold water
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, honey, or sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch salt
  • to taste Milk or dairy alternative (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Combine coffee grounds and cocoa powder in a jar or pitcher.
  • Pour in cold water and stir gently to mix.
  • Add sugar, vanilla, and salt if desired, then seal and steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours.
  • Strain out the grounds into a clean container.
  • Serve over ice with milk or dairy alternative.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk to taste for best flavor.
