Enjoy refreshing homemade berry popsicles perfect for a hot day or a healthy treat.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 6 Tablespoons simple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Puree all berries and strawberries in a blender.
  • Add simple syrup and lemon juice; blend briefly.
  • Divide mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least four hours.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with more or less simple syrup as desired.
