Mini Loaves Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

A delicious and moist banana bread with chocolate chips, perfect for mini loaves and easy to make.

Ingredients

Bananas

  • 3–4 pieces ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups mashed)
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup milk (optional, for extra moisture)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini loaf pan or line with parchment.
  • Mash bananas until smooth. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Beat eggs, add melted butter, bananas, vanilla, and milk. Combine.
  • Mix wet into dry, fold in chocolate chips. Fill mini loaf slots two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

For extra moisture, add a splash of milk to the batter.
