A delicious and moist banana bread with chocolate chips, perfect for mini loaves and easy to make.
Ingredients
Bananas
3–4

ripe bananas
(about 1 ½ cups mashed)

all-purpose flour

granulated sugar

baking soda

salt

tsp
ground cinnamon

eggs

cup
unsalted butter, melted

tsp
vanilla extract

semi-sweet chocolate chips

milk (optional, for extra moisture)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini loaf pan or line with parchment.
Mash bananas until smooth. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat eggs, add melted butter, bananas, vanilla, and milk. Combine.
Mix wet into dry, fold in chocolate chips. Fill mini loaf slots two-thirds full.
Bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a splash of milk to the batter.
