Ice Cream

Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and prepare all bottom cookie halves.
Scoop ice cream onto each bottom half and press to form sandwiches, pushing ice cream to edges.
Roll the assembled sandwiches in desired toppings.
Place sandwiches back on the cookie sheet and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer, separate with wax paper if needed, and soften slightly before serving.
Notes
