Delight in these quick and easy mini donuts, perfect for a sweet snack or breakfast treat.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg egg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini donut pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in another.
  • Combine wet and dry until just mixed. Fill pan 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing.
  • Optional: Top with glaze, cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, or sprinkles.

Notes

Use a piping bag for easier filling of the donut pan.
