Delight in these quick and easy mini donuts, perfect for a sweet snack or breakfast treat.

Wet Ingredients

buttermilk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini donut pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in another.
Combine wet and dry until just mixed. Fill pan 2/3 full.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing.
Optional: Top with glaze, cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, or sprinkles.
Notes
Use a piping bag for easier filling of the donut pan.
