Enjoy these flavorful vegan wraps filled with quinoa, black beans, and colorful vegetables, topped with BBQ sauce and optional guacamole.

Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
Chop onion, seed and dice chili and red pepper.
Sauté onion, chili, and red pepper in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.
Fill wraps with cooked quinoa, vegetables, black beans, corn, and optional toppings. Roll and serve.
