Instructions
Mix olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and honey to make a marinade.
Add chicken cubes to marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates.
Thread chicken onto soaked skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked and slightly charred.
