Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Mix eggs, vinegar, yeast, baking powder, salt, sugar, olive oil, and yogurt until just combined.
Fold in flour, then add feta, olives, and zaatar; mix until combined.
Divide batter into a greased or floured muffin pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden.
Notes
Use a toothpick to check for doneness; bake on middle rack for best results.
