Ingredients

Olive oil for grilling
Tzatziki Sauce

cup
plain reduced-fat Greek yogurt

cup
grated cucumber, squeezed dry

teaspoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
fresh mint or dill (or 1/4 tsp dried)

kosher salt
Instructions
Pulse onion, garlic, and parsley in a food processor until finely chopped. Mix with ground beef, spices, salt, and pepper.
Shape mixture into 8 skewers. Preheat grill, lightly oil, and grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, mint or dill, and salt to make tzatziki. Chill until serving.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and serve with warm pita or vegetables.
