Pesto
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle half of olive oil and sprinkle oregano and thyme on a sheet pan.
Place feta on the pan, press down, then add garlic, tomatoes, onion, olives, and lemon. Drizzle remaining oil and season.
Bake for 15 minutes, then toss pesto with shrimp and add to the pan. Bake for 8 minutes, broil for 1 minute.
Serve with bread if desired.
