A refreshing and creamy mango shake perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
Fruits

ripe mangoes
(peeled and chopped)

milk or dairy-free milk

sugar or maple syrup
(optional)
Small handful
ice
(omit if using frozen mango chunks)
Instructions
Peel and chop the mangoes, avoiding the fibrous centre.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
You can use frozen mango chunks to skip the ice.
