A refreshing and creamy mango shake perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1.5 cups milk or dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)
  • Small handful ice (omit if using frozen mango chunks)

Instructions 

  • Peel and chop the mangoes, avoiding the fibrous centre.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

You can use frozen mango chunks to skip the ice.
