A fresh and vibrant mango salsa perfect for snacking or as a topping for grilled dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled and diced mangoes
  • 0.5 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 0.75 cup chopped red onions (rinsed in a sieve to remove harsh bite)
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced jalapeno
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Serve shortly after preparing to prevent browning of the avocado.

Best enjoyed fresh for optimal flavor and color.
