Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these homemade mango popsicles, perfect for hot days or a quick snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen, thaw first if frozen)
  • 1 ⅓ cups vanilla yogurt or skyr
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds and tap to release air bubbles.
  • Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or at least 5 hours.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
