Ingredients

mango chunks
(fresh or frozen, thaw first if frozen)
1 ⅓

vanilla yogurt or skyr

maple syrup or honey
(to taste)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds and tap to release air bubbles.
Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or at least 5 hours.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
