Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup cubed mango frozen
  • 1 cup cubed pineapple frozen
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk or other milk of choice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions 

  • Add mango, pineapple, almond milk, and Greek yogurt to blender.
  • Pulse to break up frozen fruit, then blend on high until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then serve.

Notes

You can substitute other milk types or add ice for a thicker texture.
