A refreshing and creamy mango lassi made with mango pulp and yogurt, perfect for hot days or as a delightful beverage.

chilled dahi yogurt

mango pulp or fresh mangoes, chopped

cane sugar honey agave nectar
(adjust as per desired sweetness)

Instructions
Add the first six ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Check sweetness and add more sweetener if needed. If too thick, add a few more tablespoons of milk and blend again.
Serve chilled in tall glasses, garnished with slivered almonds, pistachios, more cardamom, and mint leaves.
Notes
