A refreshing and creamy mango lassi made with mango pulp and yogurt, perfect for hot days or as a delightful beverage.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled dahi yogurt
  • 2 cups mango pulp or fresh mangoes, chopped
  • 1.5 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • 0.25 cup cane sugar honey agave nectar (adjust as per desired sweetness)
  • 0.25 cup milk (or as required to adjust consistency)
  • to taste Ice cubes (optional)
  • for garnish Mint leaves and slivered almonds (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Add the first six ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Check sweetness and add more sweetener if needed. If too thick, add a few more tablespoons of milk and blend again.
  • Serve chilled in tall glasses, garnished with slivered almonds, pistachios, more cardamom, and mint leaves.

Notes

You can refrigerate the mango lassi until ready to serve for a more refreshing experience.
